Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy describes how MultiAngle.ai (“the Service”) handles cancellation, refunds, and credit consumption. It applies to all paid subscribers and supplements Section 6 (Payment Terms) of our Terms of Service. By subscribing to a paid plan you agree to the terms set out below.
2. Subscription Cancellation Timing
You may cancel at any time from your billing portal, online, in one step. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access and your remaining monthly credits until then, and your plan does not renew. We do not issue pro-rated cash refunds for partial billing periods.
3. Credits & Cancellation
Subscription credits are a license to use the Service for the billing period in which they are granted. They are not stored monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, and do not roll over. Unused monthly credits are forfeited at the end of each billing period and on cancellation. One-time credit packs do not expire but are likewise not redeemable for cash.
4. Refunds — Used Credits Are Non-Refundable
Credits you have already consumed are non-refundable. If you request a refund of a subscription payment within fourteen (14) days of that charge, and it is your first paid charge with us, we may at our discretion refund the unused portion only, calculated as: the amount you paid, minus the value of the credits you consumed during that period (each credit valued at the greater of the price you paid or our list price, divided by the credits granted for that period), and never less than zero. Where this yields zero, no refund is due. Renewals, plan upgrades, additional accounts, annual plans after the first month, and promotionally-discounted subscriptions are not eligible. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. Request one at legal@multiangle.ai.
5. Failed Generations
Each AI generation consumes credits from your allowance. If a generation fails inside our pipeline (for example, a provider outage or an internal system error), the credits it consumed are automatically returned to your balance — no request is needed. If you believe credits were consumed without a generation being delivered and were not auto-refunded, contact us under the Dispute Resolution section below.
6. EU/EEA & UK Consumers — Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or the UK, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. Before we begin, you (1) expressly consent to immediate performance and (2) acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal to the extent the service is supplied. If you withdraw within 14 days, your refund equals the amount you paid minus the proportionate value of the credits you consumed — applied as a floor, never an outright denial.
7. Automatic Renewal
Paid plans renew automatically each billing period at the then-current price until cancelled. We will charge your payment method on each renewal; you consented to this recurring charge at checkout. We will give advance notice of any price change and, where required by law, obtain your consent before charging the new price. You can cancel before any renewal from your billing portal.
8. Repeat Requests & Chargebacks
We may decline refunds where usage indicates the Service was substantially used, and may limit or suspend accounts with repeated refund requests or card chargebacks. Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — it is slower for both sides, and an unresolved chargeback may result in account suspension under Section 9 of our Terms of Service.
9. Dispute Resolution
If you have a billing or refund concern, the fastest path to a resolution is to email legal@multiangle.ai with your account email, the relevant subscription or transaction details, and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Any disputes that cannot be resolved by direct contact are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, in accordance with Section 10 of the Terms of Service, subject to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
