Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MultiAngle.ai (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. We may update these Terms; for material changes we will give advance notice and ask for your affirmative agreement before the changes take effect rather than relying on continued use.

2. Description of Service

MultiAngle.ai is an AI-powered multi-angle image generation platform. You upload a reference image and select desired viewing angles, and the Service generates consistent, visually coherent images from each perspective using artificial intelligence. The Service supports multiple generation types, including Environment generation (interior rooms and spaces) and Avatar generation (consistent character turnarounds). The Service is provided on an “as is” basis and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at our discretion.

MultiAngle.ai is split across two surfaces operated by the same legal entity: app.multiangle.ai is the product (where you sign in and generate images), and www.multiangle.ai is the marketing site. Both are governed by these Terms.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must sign in using Google OAuth authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and any activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate account information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload, generate, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Generate images that depict illegal activities, exploitation, or violate the rights of others.
• Abuse, overload, or interfere with the Service or its underlying API infrastructure.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models or algorithms.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable usage.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without our prior written consent.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate this acceptable use policy.

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to the images you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant MultiAngle.ai a limited, non-exclusive license to process your images solely for the purpose of generating multi-angle outputs.

Generated Images: Images generated by the Service are licensed to you for personal and commercial use. You may use, modify, and distribute generated images without restriction, subject to applicable law.

Service IP: The Service, including its design, code, AI models, and branding, is the intellectual property of MultiAngle.ai and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Payment Terms

The Service offers subscription-based pricing tiers. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan).
• You authorize Stripe to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds follow the deterministic rules in our Refund Policy; any goodwill refund above what that policy provides is at our discretion.
• We may modify pricing with advance notice. We will obtain your affirmative consent before charging a changed price, and you may cancel before the change takes effect.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MultiAngle.ai and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated images will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. Nothing in this section deprives you of the mandatory, non-waivable consumer protections of your country or state of residence — including those available to consumers in the EU/EEA, the UK, and California — which continue to apply regardless of the governing law stated above.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. The Refund Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
